Systems Engineer III – Hybrid (Horsham, PA)

About the role

LexisNexis Reed Tech is seeking a Systems Engineer III to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role serves as a technical lead for complex initiatives, ensuring availability, security, performance, and reliability of critical business systems while collaborating with Cloud Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, GRC, and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and authentication services.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and apply security updates in line with SLAs and policies.
• Implement secure configurations using STIGs, vendor hardening, and security baselines.
• Manage virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V) and enterprise storage (SAN, NAS, backup).
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Oversee OS lifecycle management, including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Maintain high‑availability, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity solutions.
• Support certificate management, PKI, encryption, and identity services.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Location near Horsham, PA for a hybrid onsite schedule.
• Proven experience with enterprise infrastructure in both on‑premises and cloud environments.
