Systems Analyst

About the role

Medallion Bank is seeking a hybrid Systems Analyst to join its TechOps team in Salt Lake City. This position blends business analysis with technical implementation, supporting both existing infrastructure and new technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365, Azure services, and related productivity platforms.
• Provide ongoing support for existing applications and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party partners to ensure successful solution delivery and maintenance.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and business continuity standards.
• Conduct system architecture and workflow analyses to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proven experience planning, deploying, and supporting technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior management and stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with solid mathematical aptitude.
