Systems Administrator – Workday Financial

About the role
AMH is seeking a Systems Administrator to own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of its Workday Financial suite. You will ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, and aligned with the needs of the accounting and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financial modules including Accounting Center, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Spend Management, Reporting & Analytics.
- Manage semi‑annual Workday releases, system upgrades, and regular updates.
- Develop and execute test scripts, change‑management plans, and rollback procedures.
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and policies.
- Monitor system performance, address incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Lead complex Workday projects, coordinate project plans, and communicate status updates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design process improvements and enhance user experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience administering Workday Financial applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and reporting status.
