Systems Administrator – Windows & Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Systems Administrator to manage and support our Windows‑based infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint devices. The role blends hands‑on technical work with project leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and document system issues across Windows Server, AD, and cloud platforms.
• Lead or assist on infrastructure projects, acting as technical project manager.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and asset inventories.
• Administer Group Policy, software deployment, and endpoint management tools.
• Provide after‑hours support for maintenance and emergency incidents.
• Collaborate with the IT Director on disaster‑recovery planning and testing.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of IT security, compliance, and disaster‑recovery concepts (e.g., Veeam).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA Security+, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
