Systems Administrator – Multiple Locations (Norfolk, Quantico, Springfield)

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support our DoD government contracts across multiple sites in Norfolk, Quantico and Springfield. The role involves maintaining and securing network and computer systems for mission‑critical applications while working within an employee‑owned culture.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and replace hardware and software components on workstations, servers and virtualized environments.
• Manage VMWare virtualization, Cisco networking equipment, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Administer server‑based systems, security devices, network storage, backups, messaging services and implement STIGs.
• Provide technical consultation on network, application and security issues.
• Document work and report progress via the government‑provided web application.
• Support DRMO processes including declassification and hard‑drive destruction.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience in network and computer systems administration.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

• Server administration, backup and storage management.
