Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will operate, maintain, and secure Lendistry's core systems and network infrastructure. This position supports call‑center operations, manages mobile devices, and ensures the stability and performance of cloud, directory, and virtual desktop services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve issues on the 8x8 call‑center platform and support daily operations.
• Configure and maintain hardware, software, applications, and network components.
• Manage Mobile Device Management for Windows and macOS environments.
• Administer Cisco Meraki switches, wireless access points, and SD‑WAN solutions.
• Maintain firewall policies, VPN configurations, and security zones to protect network perimeters.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and security incidents.
• Monitor system and network performance, recommending improvements and integrations.
• Mentor frontline IT staff and collaborate closely with the Systems Engineering team.

Required profile

• Experience with enterprise‑level system administration and network security.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring staff and presenting improvement options.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
