Systems Administrator II

About the role

Take-Two Interactive is looking for a Systems Administrator II to provide both on‑site and remote technical support for its New York, US, and international offices. This hands‑on position works closely with multiple technology teams, offering opportunities to influence the full IT stack and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site and off‑site contact for technical operations and support.
• Act as escalation point for the Novato team and handle complex incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, Macs, network switches, and servers, including component upgrades (CPU, GPU, disks, NICs).
• Manage asset lifecycle in ServiceNow and Device 42, assigning locations for remote and server equipment.
• Create and maintain user‑facing and IT‑facing knowledge articles in ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Perform capacity planning, audit IT spaces and server rooms for power, cooling, and space, and coordinate upgrades.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Well‑rounded IT professional with strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience deploying applications via SCCM, AirWatch, or Jamf.
• Motivation to identify automation opportunities and reduce repeatable incidents.
