Systems Administrator – Enterprise IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support daily operations, monitoring and maintenance of an enterprise IT infrastructure for a Minneapolis-based client. The role works under senior team members to ensure system reliability, security and performance while gaining experience across Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, cloud platforms and identity management with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations, monitoring and maintenance of servers and network services.
• Assist in ensuring system reliability, security and performance.
• Support Windows Server and Linux platforms and related infrastructure services.
• Help manage identity services using Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune.
• Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot issues and document solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking and core infrastructure services.
• Basic scripting ability (PowerShell, BASH or Python).
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
