System Reliability Engineer

About the role

Graid Technology is building SupremeRAID™, a GPU‑accelerated, software‑defined RAID solution that unlocks NVMe SSD performance while minimizing CPU usage. The company seeks a System Reliability Engineer to design, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that powers its high‑performance storage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated deployment processes for server‑room equipment and cloud/on‑premises resources using Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop and maintain internal automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash to improve ERP system efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available network environments, troubleshooting L2‑L7 protocols, VLAN, routing, and VPN.
• Manage core internal services such as GitLab, Jenkins, VPN, and Active Directory, ensuring Linux server stability, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerize legacy services with Docker.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Linux system administration and containerized service deployment.
• Proactive learner with a strong growth mindset and high accountability.
• Excellent communication skills in both written Chinese and English.
