About the role

We are looking for a creative Swimwear Designer to develop our Boys and Girls swim collections. The role is based in New York and requires on‑site presence four days a week, collaborating closely with internal teams and overseas partners.

Key responsibilities

Conduct trend research and produce presentation and mood boards.
Develop and present seasonal swimwear assortments aligned with market direction.
Sketch original designs and create new silhouettes.
Update and recolor prints for internal and client presentations.
Evaluate strike‑offs and lab dips, providing constructive feedback.
Attend fittings to ensure quality, fit, and standards.
Communicate daily with overseas partners to coordinate development.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
4‑6+ years of experience designing swimwear or related apparel.
Basic knowledge of children’s safety requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
