About the role

Join a client‑facing Customer Support team that assists users of accounting software for government contractors and other stakeholders. You will handle a high volume of phone calls and emails, triage issues, de‑escalate concerns, and guide clients toward appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities

Answer high‑volume inbound calls and emails from clients.
Identify core problems, separate symptoms from underlying causes, and prioritize issues.
De‑escalate client concerns while maintaining professionalism.
Resolve issues directly or coordinate with internal teams for escalation.
Document interaction details accurately in a CRM or similar system.

Required profile

Strong customer‑service background with extensive phone and client interaction.
Accounting or business experience sufficient to understand client objectives.
Detail‑oriented approach to capturing notes and tracking issues.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
