Supply Specialist – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

Moog is seeking an experienced Supply Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchase order processes for its Military Aircraft Group. The role supports site operational requirements by coordinating with strategic sourcing, operations, and regional supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert demand signals into purchase orders in compliance with contractual terms and Moog systems.
• Create Sole Source Justification and Price Analysis documents to meet DFAR regulations.
• Generate and manage purchase order documentation aligned with Government compliance checklists.
• Develop and execute procurement replenishment strategies for assigned parts.
• Maintain supply‑chain master settings, coordinate demand‑driven parts governance, and resolve supply‑chain issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or accounting (or Associate’s with additional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of supply‑chain procurement experience (5 years with an Associate’s).
• Experience with electronics procurement is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and ability to communicate across all organization levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle export‑controlled information.
