Supply Planning Specialist – Export Operations

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist (Exports) will manage end‑to‑end supply network planning for multiple Nestlé Health Science brands produced in U.S. factories and exported to more than 40 countries. This remote‑based position ensures reliable demand and dispatch signals while balancing service levels, product freshness, and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of inbound and outbound signals in the planning system for an 18‑month horizon.
• Execute dispatch planning and load optimisation, balancing service performance and cost.
• Establish and revise finished‑goods stock policies.
• Support new product launches, transitions and other business initiatives.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as primary interface with market teams for alignment and issue resolution.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as order fulfillment, stock cover, freshness and dispatch plan attainment.
• Own reporting, governance, compliance tools and health checks.
• Collaborate with production and domestic teams on constraints and trade‑offs.
• Assist with scenario planning, including reallocation and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to resolve planning exceptions.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics planning, preferably in export environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
