Supply Chain Planner

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner you will own short‑term planning for the Flipz and Turtles product lines, ensuring timely production, packaging, and shipment while maintaining a high customer fill rate. You will also manage strategic sourcing and category management for North American ingredients, packaging, and co‑manufactured finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and publish production schedules using capacity‑planning and material‑requirements tools to achieve a case fill rate of at least 98.5%.
• Maintain ERP system integrity to provide accurate material availability, process flow, and capacity data.
• Launch seasonal collections and new products on schedule, coordinating with cross‑functional Operations/Marketing teams.
• Generate material requisitions via MRP, order ingredients and packaging, and monitor inventory targets.
• Develop bid packages, run RFQ events, and manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication and efficiency across the supply chain.
