Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking a site Supply Chain Manager for its Commercial Circuits team in Salt Lake City. The role oversees a team of buyers, planners, and logistics personnel, driving day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site supply chain organization, supervising buyers, planners, shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce supply chain procedures, purchasing, planning, and material handling best practices.
• Manage material availability, proactively address shortages, and expedite critical items to meet delivery commitments.
• Oversee supplier performance, contract compliance, issue resolution, and supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to resolve issues and drive program success.

Required profile

• BS in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in electronics or circuit card assembly.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and delivery improvements.
• Experience with MRP systems, materials management, and supplier performance management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
