Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support and streamline end‑to‑end supply chain operations for its replenishment business. The role will be based in West Hollywood, CA or Houston, TX, with four days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with contract manufacturers on component delivery dates and request packing lists.
• Create, verify, and issue purchase orders for the replenishment business and track confirmations.
• Maintain the Item Master by updating Bill of Material revisions and sharing them with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Assist with month‑end inventory reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support resolution.
• Track shipments of components and finished goods, process receipts, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support KPI management by preparing monthly supplier performance and supply chain metric reports.

Required profile

• 0–2+ years of experience in supply chain management, either through internships or full‑time roles.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
