Supplier Quality Technician

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Technician to perform inspections ensuring parts conform to design data and aerospace standards. The role supports Quality Engineers in corrective actions and contributes to the reliability of electric aviation products.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming components and raw materials using precision measuring instruments and record results in the ERP system.
• Assist Quality Engineers with conformity efforts, documentation, segregation, and disposition of parts.
• Participate in root‑cause and corrective‑action discussions and support containment activities.
• Generate First Article Inspection reports per AS9100 and contribute to FAI reviews.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Required skills

• Precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gage blocks.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
