Supplier Development Specialist

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Supplier Development Specialist to support the Supplier Development organization. The role provides coordination, data management, and administrative support to Supplier Development Engineers and the Onboarding team, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of supplier activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier site visits, development activities, and on‑site improvement support.
• Track action items, corrective actions, and readiness activities, maintaining registers and dashboards.
• Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and periodic onboarding and conformity updates.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
• Manage supplier documentation requests and portal administration.

Required profile

• 2‑4 year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years experience in supply chain, manufacturing or quality operations, preferably in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing).
• Experience with data analysis, metrics tracking, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Plex or SAP.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain action‑item registers.
