Supervisor(a) Logística

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate all logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient handling of goods. The role is based in Camboriú and involves overseeing receiving, storage, picking, shipping and transportation processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations, guaranteeing deadline compliance and process efficiency.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, shipping and transportation of merchandise.
• Lead and develop the operational team, monitor performance and provide training.
• Monitor logistics indicators and propose continuous process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and organizational standards.
• Control inventory levels and conduct regular inventories.
• Resolve operational problems and support other company areas.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a leadership position within logistics.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control and team management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Organized, proactive, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Residence in Camboriú.
