Supervisor – Mall of America (Bloomington, MN)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join the Mall of America store team in Bloomington, MN. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve performance and customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards and safety compliance.
• Ensure a welcoming environment that delivers outstanding customer service.
• Follow Levi’s policies, procedures and program guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible store hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
