Supervisor Assistant – Irrigation & Construction (Temporary)

About the role
Winterberry Irrigation is looking for a motivated Supervisor Assistant to join its field operations team on a three‑month project in the Sheboygan/Kohler, Wisconsin area. The role supports irrigation and construction activities and may lead to further opportunities for candidates willing to travel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the field supervisor with daily irrigation and construction tasks.
- Perform miscellaneous field duties, including equipment setup and site cleanup.
- Support irrigation installation work as needed.
- Travel between project sites within the region.
Required profile
- Construction experience preferred.
- Irrigation installation experience preferred.
- Valid, clean driver’s license.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Local candidates preferred.
