About the role
The Superintendent will oversee commercial drywall projects ranging from $50k to $1.5 million, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage foremen and equipment
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years experience in the drywall industry
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth regulatory construction standards
- OSHA certification preferred
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Required skills
- Procore and other standard construction management software
- OSHA certification
- Reading and interpreting construction documents
