About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Vision team as a Summer 2027 Vision Quality & Compliance Intern. You will work on a specific project within the Vision Q&C function, gaining hands‑on experience in quality, compliance and innovative eye‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support a single function with a defined 12‑week project focused on quality and compliance.
• Work onsite in Jacksonville, FL (or Irvine, CA) with potential hybrid scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to apply process‑improvement tools such as Six Sigma.

Required profile

• Completed at least freshman year of an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or data‑focused field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to provide transportation to the work location.
