Summer 2027 Data Analytics Internship

About the role

Stryker offers a Summer 2027 Data Analytics internship in its Customer One business unit in Illinois. The intern works closely with the sales team, sales leadership and customers to identify, organize and analyze hospital data and performance metrics, helping show the clinical and financial impact of Stryker's solutions. The internship is onsite, with 10% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build reports and dashboards, and prepare and validate datasets
• Conduct quality reviews and support customer analyses
• Respond to routine data requests
• Provide reporting, content and tools that increase sales productivity and streamline processes and metrics
• Help deliver trusted, high-quality data that supports scalability and partner experiences
• Develop dashboards and visualizations of internal datasets to support decision-making

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, verified at hire
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Target majors: Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, MIS, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Finance

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

• $20 minimum to $35 maximum hourly wage
