About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago offers a paid Summer 2027 Internship for accounting majors. Interns work onsite for 10‑12 weeks, contributing to real projects while gaining insight into the central banking system and its regulatory functions.
Required profile
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Current student graduating December 2027 or later with at least a 2.75 GPA
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full internship period
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Required skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
