About the role
Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced, fun‑loving drum instructor to serve as a substitute teacher at Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair in Ranson, WV. The role is part‑time and on‑site, filling gaps in the regular teaching schedule while maintaining consistency for students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑person drum lessons to students of various ages and skill levels on an as‑needed basis.
- Maintain punctuality, preparedness, and a positive learning environment for each class.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated love of teaching, experience with young musicians, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

- Hourly pay ranging from $26 to $28, based on experience.
