About the role
Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. seeks experienced subcontractors to support its restoration services across the NY/NJ/PA/CT region. The work involves a variety of construction and repair tasks for commercial, insurance, and residential clients.
Key responsibilities
- Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and studs.
- Design and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.
- Add fixtures and fittings including door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber or other materials according to measurements.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and other building components.
- Lay out flooring, roofing, or drywall ensuring proper level and alignment.
- Construct scaffolding and other temporary construction structures.
Required profile
- Motivated and service‑centric attitude.
- Ability to pass a satisfactory background check.
Required skills
- Carpentry and general construction skills.
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing.
- Knowledge of installing fixtures and fittings.
