Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a passionate Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our stores. You will combine product knowledge, brand heritage, and sales expertise to help customers find the perfect Levi’s apparel while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep understanding of Levi’s history, heritage, and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and pricing as needed.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organized, methodical, adaptable, and consistent work style.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
