About the role
The University of Arkansas seeks a dedicated Study Coordinator to support research projects within a fixed‑term grant. The role involves managing day‑to‑day study operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, and facilitating communication among investigators, participants, and support staff.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate study activities, including scheduling, participant recruitment, and data collection.
- Maintain study documentation, regulatory files, and ensure adherence to institutional and sponsor guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators, participants, and external partners.
- Track study progress, prepare status reports, and assist with budget monitoring.
- Support preparation of IRB submissions, amendments, and other compliance paperwork.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in research administration or study coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with research management systems or databases is a plus.
