Student Success Services Analyst – Administrative Specialist

About the role

The Student Success Services Analyst provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Student Success Services unit at Fresno State. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, the analyst ensures smooth coordination of student‑success initiatives, administrative systems, and unit‑wide priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate student‑success events and programs that promote engagement, morale, and belonging.
• Maintain and improve administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.
• Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a central liaison across the unit, aligning operational activities with strategic goals.
• Support day‑to‑day operational needs, exercising sound judgment in decision‑making and project coordination.
