Structural Engineer – BIM & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise to create high‑quality BIM models, perform structural analysis, and produce construction documents for multifamily residential and complex building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models and structural analysis/design models using advanced software.
• Perform computer‑aided and hand‑calculated analysis and detailing for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
• Prepare construction documents in Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate design with architects and other engineering disciplines.
• Review submittals and RFIs, conduct construction observations and special inspections.
• Prepare clear structural calculations, field reports, and investigative documents.
• Support Project Managers and Engineers with technical execution and coordination tasks.
• Assist with project‑management activities and mentor junior engineers when needed.
• Log time daily and maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 4 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably on multifamily residential projects.
• Strong grasp of statics, mechanics of materials, and both traditional and matrix‑based structural analysis.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high‑quality work with moderate independence.
