About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy Senior Manager at PwC, you will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring with a focus on product and technology diligence. You will help technology‑enabled businesses create value throughout the deal lifecycle, from market analysis to post‑merger integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory services for M&A, divestitures and restructuring to maximise client value.
• Analyse market trends, assess business opportunities and develop strategic frameworks for informed decision‑making.
• Identify risks and opportunities in complex transactions and guide clients through deal execution.
• Perform financial modelling, competitive analysis and scenario planning to support corporate development.
• Oversee post‑merger integration and value‑creation initiatives.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop project teams, ensuring high‑performance delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategy, M&A or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
