Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a freelance Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic consulting scenarios that train AI to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that can be assigned to AI agents.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale AI output assessment.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of consultants to ensure the scenarios capture the rigor of real consulting work.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating financial models, market analyses, and synthesis documents.
• Ability to design clear evaluation criteria and grading rubrics.
