Strategic Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to support Nike’s partnership model for Dicks Sporting Goods and Foot Locker. The role will drive execution of multi‑year initiatives across product, marketing and sport categories, operating at the intersection of strategy, project management and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day project orchestration, including onboarding, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Build and maintain integrated work‑backs across cross‑functional teams and track progress, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare materials for weekly connects and milestone reviews.
• Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Facilitate regular working and leadership meetings, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, ownership and timelines.
• Communicate program strategy, progress and impact to stakeholders at all levels, from executives to team members.
• Develop executive‑ready communications such as presentations, one‑pagers, summaries, project trackers and risk logs.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and support the development of long‑term partnership strategies.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in project management with experience delivering complex programs.
• Ability to build trust quickly and secure buy‑in across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks.
