Strategic Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Consultant to lead commercial learning and development initiatives for a critical product launch. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating measurable training outcomes that enhance market access and key account management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver foundational and advanced learning programs that improve commercial team effectiveness in access and reimbursement.
• Partner with stakeholders to define learning priorities and implement scalable training solutions aligned with the commercialization strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synchronize training plans with product timelines and access milestones, ensuring global consistency.
• Oversee training delivery, execution, and logistics, maintaining high standards and facilitating at least one in‑person session during the contract period.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 7–10 years of commercial experience, preferably in market access, payer, or key account management.
• Proven ability to deliver training and execute strategic learning initiatives, including launch readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
