Storekeeper – Metro RYDC

About the role

The State of Georgia’s Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a Storekeeper for the Metro RYDC location in Atlanta. Under supervision, you will perform complex administrative duties, analyze operational data, and support management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate financial, personnel, product, market, and operational research to support strategic planning.
• Develop economic, demographic, and sociological forecasts to aid business strategy development.
• Maintain positive relationships with the business community, internal and external agency customers, and other contacts.
• Monitor business operations, assess service quality, and recommend improvements.
• Gather, compile, and analyze data, preparing reports and recommendations for operational changes.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, or six months as a Supply/Warehouse Clerk 1.
• Associate degree in communication, English, or public relations with one year related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.
