Store Manager - St. Louis

About the role

Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, is looking for a Store Manager for its St. Louis location. The ideal candidate leads a team while increasing sales and profits, combining selling, relationship retailing and store operations. The role involves much customer interaction and covers the roles of supervisor/team lead, inventory controller, display and merchandising professional, and driver of performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Customer-focused and sales-driven, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish an environment of performance and accountability.
• Ability to lift heavy packages exceeding 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, days and weekends, and to travel to training and work-related trips.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of TTI brand products preferred.
• Knowledge of TeamWork software preferred.
