Store Manager – Retail Outlet

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Levi’s® Outlet in Destin, FL. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for guests and associates.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet financial goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail or apparel.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lift up to 40 lb.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and commitment to its values.
