Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role in Fort Worth

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Fort Worth location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team of associates.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create an inclusive shopping atmosphere.
• Handle employee relations, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and lead by example.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform regular store duties such as kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and visual merchandising principles.
