Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Park Meadows location in Lone Tree, CO. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand’s values of body positivity and community.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop store staff, including management team members.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and labor costs to align with sales forecasts.
• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, pricing, ticketing and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Beyond Yoga and Levi Strauss & Co. operational excellence policies.
• Foster a collaborative selling environment and high employee engagement.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of meeting sales and financial goals.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including hiring, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to create and execute action plans that celebrate wins and address performance gaps.
