About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our retail location, build a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data and market trends to create action plans that meet financial, service, and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; motivate team members by recognizing strengths.
• Provide clear expectations, give and receive feedback, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards consistently across the store.
• Control expenses such as payroll and training to improve profitability.
• Lead visual merchandising tasks, including floor sets and window changes.
• Perform POS transactions during designated shifts and manage the store in the Assistant Manager’s absence.
• Schedule staff according to strengths to optimize productivity.
