Store Leader – Retail Management

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to drive the success of its Fashion Outlets of Chicago location. You will lead a high‑energy team, champion the brand’s ethos, and ensure an elevated, inclusive shopping experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a customer‑obsessed mindset, coaching team members in real time to create personalized experiences.
• Deliver fast, authentic service while maintaining the brand’s culture and standards.
• Educate and inspire staff on SKIMS products, brand story, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain strong floor presence, oversee daily operations, visual execution, replenishment, and store standards.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.
• Analyze business trends, adjust strategies on the fly, and drive sales and efficiency results.
• Build diverse, high‑performing teams through coaching, talent development, and performance management.

• Proven experience leading retail teams and building diverse talent pools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Business‑savvy mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to make decisive decisions in fast‑moving environments.
• Enthusiastic about fashion, product knowledge, and delivering elevated service.
