Account Manager II

About the role

IQVIA is hiring an Account Manager II to support a mid-sized client or clients through relationships with executives and leaders in the client organization, covering a part of a mid-sized market or a part of a large region. The role grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offering and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in selling IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territory to meet the assigned revenue goal, under direct supervision.
• Take part in sales and proposal presentations in face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
• Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and escalate them for qualification and decision.
• Interface with marketing, market research and/or IT at the user level in existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales-related activities.
• Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and give feedback to the Account team.
• Manage renewals and subscriptions effectively; join contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of experience required.
