Stock Associate

About the role

The Stock Associate supports the store’s inventory operations by receiving shipments, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the stockroom organized. This position plays a key part in ensuring products are available for customers and that the store runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Exhibit the behaviors and traits expected of a Levi’s stock associate.
• Maintain stockroom organization by style, size, and color.
• Complete shipments, transfers, damage reports, and donations in a timely manner.
• Replenish inventory daily and accurately.
• Process markdowns efficiently and meet required deadlines.
• Audit sale items each day to ensure accuracy.
• Report inventory needs to Operations and Merchandise leadership.
• Handle housekeeping duties and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow safety and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately for documentation.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
