Sterile Fill Technician – Manufacturing (Fort Worth, TX)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sterile Fill Technician to join its Manufacturing team in Fort Worth, Texas. You will work on the production of eye‑care pharmaceutical products, ensuring high‑quality output while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex production tasks for ingredient processing and pharmaceutical products.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, stills, filtration apparatus, and sterile filling machines.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by inspecting products, following SOPs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Address deviations promptly and participate in quality checks and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Complete required training and contribute to overall organizational compliance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm.
• Travel requirement of 0‑10%.
• No relocation assistance or sponsorship available.
