Steak House Server – Upscale Dining

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking experienced steak‑house servers to join the team at Felina Steak in South Orange. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences in an upscale dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, memorable guest service throughout the dining experience.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and answer menu questions.
• Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Upsell food and beverage items, process payments, and maintain accurate guest checks.
• Maintain a neat appearance, sanitize service tools, and keep dining areas clean.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of fine‑dining steak‑house experience.
• Exceptional guest service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to greet regular and new customers, run errands, and manage condiment stations.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing and check control.
