About the role
Landmark Hospitality is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Felina Steak in South Orange. This role oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest experience to financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Full availability on nights and weekends, closing the restaurant nightly.
- Manage front‑door operations with the hostess team, ensuring guest check‑in.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives with the marketing department.
- Maintain SOPs for sales and expenses, and lead by example.
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and onboarding of new team members.
- Control beverage purchasing and staffing to meet budget and payroll goals.
- Implement, oversee, and maintain all policies.
- Full P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
