Star Creator & Special Project Associate (E‑commerce)

About the role

TikTok is expanding its US e‑commerce operations and seeks a motivated Star Creator & Special Project Associate to support the TikTok Shop ecosystem. You will work on high‑impact initiatives that improve creator performance, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of creator operations, workflows, and supporting systems.
• Use data‑driven insights to track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align priorities and execute business strategies.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to boost overall productivity.
• Establish best‑in‑class frameworks for cross‑team collaboration and ways of working.
• Lead projects in creator performance management, high‑potential creator incubation, merchandising matchmaking, and content‑quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics for decision‑making.
• Proven experience in program/project management, consulting, change management, or operations strategy.
• Track record of managing projects from inception to successful implementation and scaling efficiency initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with or leading cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• SQL for data extraction.
• Business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
