About the role
Applied Intuition is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design elegant solutions for complex problems in the autonomy space. You will work across the full stack, influencing product direction and collaborating with domain experts in infrastructure, robotics, and graphics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new products, features, and tools for autonomy development workflows across the entire technology stack.
- Identify, scope, and lead implementation of complex engineering challenges.
- Shape technical strategy, balancing new feature work, scaling, and technical debt.
- Collaborate closely with users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
Required profile
- 7‑10+ years of experience shipping complex software.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions to architectural problems.
- Experience mentoring software engineers.
