Staff Product Designer (Builder)

About the role

Reevo is looking for a Staff Product Designer to own a major surface of its revenue‑stack platform from concept to production. You will work on‑site in the Santa Clara or San Francisco office, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to solve ambiguous, high‑stakes problems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own workflows, information architecture, and end‑to‑end product domains, making fast decisions with limited data.
• Prototype directly in code, ship UI components, and iterate quickly based on real customer feedback.
• Maintain a high craft bar by handling edge cases, empty states, motion, and overall polish.
• Mentor other designers, lead critiques, and contribute to hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS and fast‑paced startup environments.
• Proven track record of taking zero‑to‑one products from concept to launch.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous settings, making rapid decisions, and driving execution without extensive processes.
• Based in the Bay Area and able to work onsite five days a week.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma for mockups and vision work.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping UI in a codebase, including using agents and AI tooling.
• Systems thinking to create reusable design patterns and understand broader workflows.
